Frequently Asked Questions
-
Before your first session, we start with a free 20-minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, talk about what you’re looking for support with, and answer any questions you may have.
If Ustawi Practice feels like the right fit, we’ll discuss the best way to begin working together. From there, sessions are planned at your own pace and around your schedule.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. The first step is simply having a conversation.

Ustawi Practice is a private practice (particuliere zorg). Sessions are not reimbursed through the basic Dutch health insurance package (basisverzekering). Some supplementary policies (aanvullende verzekering) cover part of the cost for private mental health support, it is worth checking directly with your insurer. A clear invoice is provided after each session, which you can submit where applicable.
